Mum tried to make me an appointment earlier on and she was 11th in the queue, phoning as soon as the lines opened for the afternoon appointments and she got cut off. It happens all the time. Then you call back and the queue is up to 20 odd. They won’t let you book by going down there and you can’t book in advance. Stupid system. It’s why I haven’t been for everything I need to go about.
